Gavin Brill

Phoenix Native | Construction Expert | Full-Time Realtor® | Discover PHX Team Member

Gavin Brill is a Phoenix native with deep-rooted knowledge of the Valley and a passion for real estate.

Flagstaff and Northern Arizona

Based in Phoenix, Gavin also represents buyers and sellers in Flagstaff and the nearby mountain towns, where his construction and budgeting background is especially useful for cabins, older mountain homes and properties on well and septic. He works with Valley families buying a cooler summer home in Munds Park, Mountainaire or Doney Park, and with owners selling one.

Construction Background

After earning his B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston (go Leopards!), Gavin began his career as a construction cost estimator for Gilbane Building Company in Newark, New Jersey. There he assembled competitive bids across all trades for commercial projects, building skills in budgeting, planning and quality control that he now uses to evaluate homes for his clients.

Investor Experience

At 23, Gavin purchased two residential rental properties, one in Scottsdale and one in Phoenix. His experience managing both long-term rentals and short-term vacation properties on Airbnb and VRBO gives him insight that benefits investor clients and homeowners alike.

How Gavin Works With Clients

Gavin is a full-time Realtor® backed by a strong network of lenders, home inspectors, title companies and trusted contractors.
